Current Alpha Acid: 7.0%
Posted by Dennis L. Bowdoin on 20th Aug 2012
WOW! $1.06 per ounce and FREE shipping. This deal can't be beat. My order was received in 3 days or less. Well packaged in a heat sealed mylar pouch placed inside a small flat rate USPS box. Package arrived quickly and undamaged. Fresh pellets with a very nice aroma. Floral, spicy, citrus, mild grapefruit character. Use Cascade for aroma or well balanced bittering hop. Good all around variety. I highly recommend this product and vendor.
Note: received 6.2% AA rather than the 7.0% AA which is being advertised. But this is not an issue as the Alpha Acids (%AA) range is 4.5%-7.0% for this hop variety.
How I used the product...
From time to time I clean out my remnant inventory. A little of this a little of that. I think of it as free beer as the ingredents are already paid for and it would be a shame to let them go to waste. It's time for a pot luck recipe and the result is Titford Tatz Pale Ale!
